Hoover Physical Therapy does not have financial ties to outside investors or corporations. Hence, patient care decisions are made by the physical therapists who deliver the care.

Hoover Physical Therapy is owned by Patricia Rayellen Hoover, P.T.
Patricia Rayellen Hoover, PT obtained her Physical Therapy Degree at Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas, 1987. She also earned her B.S. Degree in Biology at Emporia State University, Emporia, Kansas 1985.
Pat is a member in good standing with the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). She is an Orthopedic Section member of the APTA. She is also a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association. As a Professional Consultant, she performs Peer Review of Physical Therapy medical records for a number of insurance companies in the Central Pennsylvania area.
Pat has been practicing Physical Therapy in the Central Pennsylvania region for 25 plus years.

Patients are seen by appointment. We have both morning and evening appointments available. New patients are scheduled within 24 hours.
